Managing spreads

When you click Manage Spreads, the Top Down Spreads page opens.

This page lists all of the spreads created for a budget. From this page, you can:

• See only unprocessed spreads, by clicking the Hide Processed Spreads switch

• View the details of a spread by clicking View in the Actions column.

• Create a new top down spread

• Delete a spread

Once processed, a spread cannot be reused. However, this is not a reason to delete that spread. When you create a new spread, you can choose to create from existing settings, where you can select a spread to base a new spread from, saving time and effort, especially for complex spreads.
